Sada kreće rasti medvjeđi luk i ima ga do 4.mjeseca pa požurite iskoristiti ga u jelima:od juha do salate, sa tjesteninom, uz njoke… A za kasnije ga je najbolje konzervirati sa soli u maslinovom ulju.
Kako ga konzervirati? U multipraktuk stavite koliko stane luka,dolijte maslinovo ulje i sol(ja sam stavila himalajsku).
