So, I'm making a thing. And it's called...
BEAST COAST
A story of cryptids and of a small group of people in search of them, set all along the East Coast of the United States.
Format...uncertain. I'm kinda winging that as I go along. But it will have visuals, I promise!
In the meantime, allow me to introduce the main trio! (Designs + Names...mostly locked in? Still some stuff pending.)
In the middle, we have Dana Ferdinand, team leader and true believer, romper-wearer and eager beaver. Takes cryptozoology VERY seriously, even if she gets in over her head sometimes. Er, no, often; she's no Ghostbuster with fancy gadgets or anything, she's an amateur! To her right (our left) we have Avery "AV" Vargas, team tech-guy and resident skeptic. In charge of the cameras/mics/hard data, and frequently frustrated by Dana's impulsive/reckless/headstrong nature...and definitely doesn't think he's cut out for this sort of stuff, but he's still humoring her interest in these things. Finally, to her left (our right) is Sage Sekizawa. They're the cool older friend who's really in it for the "road-trip" aspect of the adventure. Not only do they own the car, they're really good at wrangling these two nerds, and they have a lot more "people skills" that come in handy when dealing with strangers along the way.
Still a work in progress. Like, really early work in progress. "Coming someday," as I like to say; as life exists and I am a bit scatterbrained. Me announcing it at all is my way of holding myself to the mark and making sure I actually do something with this idea.
