I should probably get a tattoo inspired by An Exercise In Worthless. I've read this fic like 100 times and its still my go-to when I'm back in "Recovery Mode" after a slip-up. It's not even about depression or ED's but its my favorite feel-good, happy-ending fic.

Every once in a while, I remember why media is so fucking important.

Television, literature and music are so close to my heart that certain shows, stories and songs are integral parts of my identity.

I’m rereading “Kissing Kate” (Lauren Myracle) and “An Exercise in Worthless” (fic by beastofthesky) right now and they’re helping me find myself in my brain again. It’s like I’ve lost track of myself over the last year or so, misplaced bits of myself, and these familiar favorite stories help me locate the pieces again.

Elliott Smith is my “higher power” in my ED recovery, for goodness’ sake.

I own 4 Supernatural fandom tshirts.

I also own most of my favorite movies because I watch them so often and I like knowing I have a copy of each.

I just really love media. I don’t know I would do without it.

Sam attends the local university. When Gabe's cousin comes to live with him while starting grad school at Sam's university, Dean thinks for sure that all his negative karma's coming to bite him in the ass because Cas clearly has a thing for Sam. No one would ever choose him over Sam. That's just logic.

Comments: The family building in the fic is lovely. This packs three of my favorite AUs (Tattoo shop, Coffee Shop, and College) into one with two awesome build ups of Sabriel and Destiel. The dymics of both families (Gabriel's and the Winchesters') are lovely and just homey. Please enjoy~
