The music is... loud. Very loud. It makes Perceptor wince. Maybe this was a bad idea. He was able to handle Soundwave’s... enigmatic presence when the Quintessons invaded if only because of the necessity. He wasn’t exactly too interested in working together even then. But with Tarn’s invasion he assumed he would be a bit more bearable. This is not at all what he had in mind. A part of him is glad for being unable to see the strobes that are undoubtedly here. The crowd, too, is something else. He much prefers the relative quiet of his bar to this obnoxious club. Now the question is where’s Soundwave?

I have other ones! But the other ones have a virus or something, I think. Popups show up all the time, and one time? It started blasting music out of nowhere. Thankfully, it was good music, but it’s still a pain.

The glasses hit him. He’s blind he doesn’t know where they’re coming from. How could you do this you’re so cruel. He can, however, hear him cackling so he knows where he is. He reaches out to try and grab the hyenacon off the bar.

Perceptor is silent as Soundwave speaks. He hadn’t expected him to be... sad... after drinking his energon. Maybe he’ll have to try a different batch some other time. He sets that thought aside and focuses on the task at hand. The truth is that they lost many during the war, all of them. With each other. With the Quintessons. With Tarn’s invasion. As they say, it gets worse before it gets better.

It’s not new, doing this. Sometimes he’s the only one who’ll listen to the odd Cybertronians rambles here at Maccadam’s. He’d like to think he’s carrying on the legacy. Still he wasn’t expecting this from the DJ.
