After officially changing my lifestyle and realizing where I keep going wrong, I decided to quit eating chips altogether even when my goal is reached. Every time I eat them, that is when I fall off the wagon, so I quit chips.

I know I’ve let you down so many times, but I vow to do everything in my power from now on not to let that happen anymore. I’m gonna kick this depression that makes me want to do anything to escape and be the best mom I can be from now on. I know people will doubt me and the fact that I can do it, but that’s okay. I’ll prove them wrong one day at a time.
