Being better than everyone is lonely.
Btw this page will not tolerate any Dustin hate so if you're one of those people that feel the need to talk about how much you hate him this season, skedaddle
remember when they told us that failure is not an option?
I’m learning now that failure is, in fact, an option. Sometimes it’s the best option, the option that allows you to move forward with your life, the option that stops you from being stuck.

healing and not becoming like the people who hurt you is the real win.
Celebrate the wins
I am walking on my walking pads.
My goal right now is to increase my NEAT.
Although my exercise is now in a good routine, my weight loss has been stalled for awhile.
I noticed that despite my workouts, my daily steps is low.
Things I am trying to increase:
-store steps
-parking farther away
-pokemon go
-walking pad
I'll give myself one more day to grieve—
outward—because I know this ache will linger,
like the last weeks of winter,
freezing memories in my chest,
like the snowflakes that made me fall.
I’ll remember the loss,
cherish the time we had,
and let it make me stronger—
a better person than before—
knowing you changed me.
The thought of your voice,
soft as the wind on Galtymore’s peaks,
inspires me to grow—
like the heart you carry,
so vast inside your chest.
I hope I linger in your thoughts,
a quiet echo you return to—
if you ever feel ready
to walk those mountains again.
