8 WEEKS OUT!

Gearing up for the 2013 Midwest Championship in St. Louis, MO. It's the THIRD ANNUAL event and my THIRD TIME as a competitor. This will be my seventh show, and prep is going better than ever! I love this sport because what you bring onstage is a demonstration of your determination and willpower each and every day for the days leading up that fantastic moment. It's not just about working hard, which can get you a lot of things in life. But to make it to the top, you have to work hard every day. Consistently. No excuses. I feel like I am at the top because I am at the top of my own personal game-- learning to love this lifestyle every day, not just ekking through until the big day.
