OC Bio: Tess Larson

Tess Larson is one of the most exuberant spirits to inhabit the gloomy haven that is Malaria...though, that doesn't always work in her favor. She works as Dr. Sonja Holzwurm's secretary, while dreaming of ways to improve the dismal climate of an otherwise progressive society. Her dewey-eyed enthusiasm--something that makes her a bit of a pariah in her circles--belies a shrewd sense of business and activism. She has recently fallen for Dr. Holzwurm's adoptive daughter, Jo, a fledgeling mad scientist in her own right, and the feeling there is mutual (despite the latter's lack of any outward enthusiasm).

OC Bio: Dr. Josephine 'Jo' Nachtmar

Dr. Josephine 'Jo' Nachtmar is the definition of 'clawing one's way to the top.' Orphaned at a young age, it was her keen intellect that got her adopted by Dr. Sonja Holzwurm, one of Malaria's preeminent evil scientists, as well as a plum position at the prestigious M.I.E.T (Malaria Institute of Evil Technology). Her visual impairment has also left her subject to scrutiny or pity, which she thinks is ridiculous. She has more pressing things to focus her time on, like her first-ever Evil Science Fair. But, the tide of Malaria's focus on churning out supervillains is starting to ebb, and she quickly finds herself caught up in the shift.

OC Bio: Natsume "Suzu" Fujimora

Natsume Fujimora enters the Yu-Gi-Oh story on the arm of her confident cousin, Kujaku Mai, as a glittery ball of energy. Being autistic, she has had to process the world in a way different from her peers, which has solidified into a strong artistic bend and keen observation of patterns. This, coupled with her tendency towards light and dark monsters has earned her the moniker, "The Twilight Duelist.
