fanart of my bestie's fantastic fic Bedside Stories
Cannot hype up this fic enough; in the wake of Mando sending his child off to Jedi School, Boba Fett tries to keep the poor guy talking so he doesn't Depression Nap for the rest of forever. The resulting convo leads to Din opening up about his past, and how this one time Din's adoptive father brought a medtech clone named Bedside onto the Razor Crest to care for Din through a mysterious illness. Spoilers, but Bedside is equally adopted and becomes Din's other dad. The fic is basically a very kindly worded rebuttal to the idea Din is oblivious to Clone politics, and an absolutely heartfelt romance between both Din and Boba in the present and Parj and Bedside in the past.
Bedside is the first clone OC I've tried to bring to life and really my first true time trying to get Temuera's face down For Serious and I'm super proud of how he came out.
Hot chocolate and hellraiser for tonight 🖤💀
