Experience the flavors of Miami with this legendary Cuban burger. It combines the richness of beef and pork with aromatic spices and fresh cilantro, all topped with Swiss cheese, dill pickles, and mustard for an unforgettable taste of Cuban cuisine.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 lb ground pork. 1/2 cup finely chopped onion. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro. 1/4 cup bread crumbs. 1 egg. 1 tsp cumin. 1 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices Swiss cheese. Dill pickles, for garnish. Yellow mustard, for garnish.
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, cilantro, bread crumbs, egg, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty and allow it to melt. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill until lightly browned. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of each bun. Top each patty with dill pickles and a drizzle of yellow mustard. Place the top half of the buns on top of the garnishes, and your Miami's Legendary Cuban Burger is ready to serve!
