This Orange-Spiced Chicken BBQ is juicy and full of flavor. It's a great mix of citrus and warm spices. The chicken has a zesty kick from the marinade, which makes it a crowd-pleaser at a summer barbecue.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup orange juice. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Salt and pepper to taste. Orange slices for garnish.
Instructions: For the marinade, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, honey, cumin, smoked paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a bowl with a whisk. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken breasts in a plastic bag that can be closed again. Make sure the chicken is well covered and seal the bag. For better flavor, marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Take the chicken out of the marinade and throw away the marinade. For about 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked, put the chicken on the grill and baste it with the rest of the marinade. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after it's done cooking before cutting it up. Serve hot with orange slices on top.
