𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 | Went back to one of my favourite restaurants last week, @arlos_restaurant, to try some new dishes. Here’s one of them! 48 hour Slow cooked beef short rib with braised hot onion gravy. It is VERY nice, and literally falls apart. It was even nice 2 days later. It’s currently served with a garnish of chillies but this will be changing v soon. This is subject to availability so don’t be disappointed if you go and it’s sold out.
