Ingredients: 2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed. 4 carrots, sliced. 3 potatoes, cubed. 1 onion, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes. 2 cups beef broth. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper. Toss beef cubes in the mixture until coated. Place coated beef, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic into the slow cooker. Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and rosemary. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until beef is tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
