As usual, time for headcanons (left to right)….
Prince of the Wrath Ring, in charge of punishing the damned.
One of the oldest, and most perfect, Hell-born demons, designed to be a total killing machine against the Devil's enemies, namely mortals.
In charge of Hell's military and justice systems, often acting as judge as well as law enforcement (a bit inspired by Satan from Helluva Boss). He even has his own sect of demon soldiers, the Red Ones, which the Devil sends for particularly urgent missions, or he has them act as bouncers for his establishments like the Casino.
He was at first a "pet" of some sorts to Devs but soon grew more stable (relatively speaking) and tried (emphasis on tried) to manage his anger so he'd be more affective at his job (though Devs always preferred his berserker mode more). Still, he has made quite the name for himself in striking fear into the hearts of both the Underworld and the world above.
Has a strong sense of justice when it comes to soul hunting, dragging them down no matter how grievous or petty their sins are.
Many of it subjects, and even his fellow princes, are rather fearful of his disposition and temper and try not get on his bad side…by keeping as distanced as possible when conversing with him. This made him wish to control his anger and his frustrations toward Devs for quite some time.

Prince(ss) of the Sloth Ring, home for all of your magically medicinal needs.
A fallen Angel that studied under the Principalities, Angels associated with guiding mortal nations to righteousness and helping protect sacred places. But Sleepy would much rather settle down and create odd contraptions or hang out with souls in the Astral Plane. Her acts of idleness got her banished from Heaven. During her fall, some pieces of stardust clung to her body and granted her a nightly, slightly soothing aura. She was also rendered blind by all the lights of the Astral Plane and had to rely on her other senses, and a lot of her own imps, to get anything done.
After years of running away, Sleepy became rather inert, often isolating herself to tinker away and enter the dreams of mortals.
Has a habit of chewing lavender because she finds it soothing, and it gives her breath that can put her victims into a deep sleep. (i.e., I came up with this idea BEFORE Poppy Playtime 3 came out :p)
Indulges in all kinds of self-care, like herbal teas and meditation.
Sleepy would use her powers over dreams and medicinal means, and a whole lotta minions, to influence mortals into creating money-making inventions (ex., the toilet, the internet) and lead them into greed and laziness.
One of her favorite means of soul-collecting is to manipulate mortals' dreams into their deepest desires. And slowly, their souls would drain from their bodies, liberating them from the "filth" they endured as mortals.

Prince of the Greed Ring, Inkwell Hell's hub for all things business and economics (e.g., banks, casinos, small-town entertainment like fairs).
Twin brother of Beelzebub.
Was once a Miracle Track angel named Plutus who was obsessed with hoarding and creating with precious metals from Earth, mainly gold. During his youth, he would try to sneak off with some of its resources instead of using his gift to forge for good. After he fell from Heaven for his "worldly desires", Mammon joined Hell and helped build the city of Pandemonium, Inkwell Hell's capital.
Being the founder of the Greed Ring, Mammon uses every opportunity to scam every last nickel from his subjects, and even fellow Sindicate members, making them wonder why they had him, of all people, run it.
During his early days on Earth, he and his brother tried to use dirty scams on the mortals to sustain themselves, but things got complicated trying to hide their demonic natures. With the Devil's resources, Mammon gained a knack for pulling his tricks on mortals and targeting those wanting to take the easy way out so he could strike a deal. However, it would result in some convoluted shenanigans to gain whatever valuables they had.
He also uses his smithing skills to craft weapons from contraband Heavenly metal.
Has powers over earth and metal to use as projectiles or make structures with a flick of the wrist.

Prince of the Gluttony Ring
Back n Heaven, he was part of a Heavenly choir with an immense interest in bugs, which didn't make him very popular with his peers. But he eventually befriended Lucifer, and they bonded over not fitting in and their complex relations with family.
Fell from Heaven for associating with some mystical termites, who were capable of eating anything. For a while, he and Mams tried to get by with Mam’s money-making schemes. When things went south for their scams, they joined Lucifer's army to fight for their fellow outcasts and Beezle’s buggy friends.
After forming the Sindicate, he appointed Beezle as chief advisor of the group to orchestrate soul-snatching schemes as well as the chief of agriculture, that is, keeping Hell fed and starving the rest of the mortals.
He's also founded the Order of the Flies, a court of Hell's most elite demons.
His means of terror and collecting souls involves sending his demonic bugs to destroy crops and food supplies, selling calorie-addled treats for the masses to stuff themselves with till they couldn't stand it, or offering (quite literally) soul-sucking jobs at his many fast-food joints
Can eat practically anything and has a second mouth to devour souls when the moment calls.
Has the power to communicate with any animal, especially bugs, like most Visionary Angels.

The King of Demons and Prince of Pride
Was once an angel named Lucifer, the youngest of the Morningstar siblings. His immense fire powers had scared many of his fellow angels, including Heaven's higher ups who prophesied that he'd be as strong as a Seraphim. So, when something went terribly wrong on his first mission, they tried to throw him into the Abyss of the Astral Plane before he did more damage. But he escaped to the Mortal Plane and eventually became the ruler of Hell, an underground realm full of fallen angels and monsters outcasted like he was.
During his time on Earth, Lucifer was enthralled by the customs it had to offer, but that was soon spoiled by mortals and angels constantly pursuing him. The last straw came when one mortal in particular betrayed him to protect her own home. From then on, he vowed to collect every last soul, so those wretched creatures knew what it was like to have their futures taken away from them, and to sabotage the "paradise" Heaven works so hard to build to. He rounded up as many outlasted demons as he could claiming they needed to fight back. But really, he rallied himself an army so he could (very much literally) watch the mortals' world burn.🔥
As a former angel born from Seraphim flame, the Devil had mastery over fire (shooting it or controlling it), shape-shifting and creating (most) objects out of seemingly nothing.
In charge of overseeing all soul-collecting activity and demon society... with a little help.
Voice: Luke Millington-Drake
Prince of the Envy Ring, home of Hell's greatest minds and secrets.
A former Chalkydri, a serpent-like angel, tasked with aiding in the rising of the sun. He was cast out for deterring from his path to forge his own destiny, wanting to be as strong as the sea serpents and archangels he heard of in legends.
In charge of Hell's archives, keeping track of demon activity as well as the souls they capture, giving him plenty of leverage within deals. This is especially helpful for his position as Hell's security, letting him keep track of any escapees or traitors, ensuring no soul gets in or out without proper clearance.
Levi has power over the seas and can create massive tidal waves or cyclones to do proper damage where it's needed.
Can control sea animals and sea monsters with his incantations.
His tail allows him to slither and sneak up on his victims with precise speed, making him a deadly foe to seagoers and land walkers alike..
Is super-jaded about how the Devil became the leader of Hell, even though HE'S much older and is a bit more on the logical side when it came to their mission of collecting souls. This was an open secret amongst the Hellish elite, and Devs is rather distrustful with his methods.

Prince of the Lust Ring, home of Hell's theatrical department and spots to express one's "pleasures" as far as the eye can see...
Goes by they/them pronouns.
A failed Cherubim experiment meant to be a prototype for a potential species of angels, but they were immediately banished for their instability.
Their first few years on Earth were rather turbulent, either being hunted or tortured for sport. This was excruciating because they longed to be a part of a world that held performing arts, one of their greatest interests, to such a high standard. But they did find some solace in Sleepy, who also wanted a peaceful life away from the angels' rules, and the two formed a strong bond lasting into adulthood. When the Devil began rounding up "demons" like them to fight back, they joined mainly to defend themselves and get closer to their passions.
After being given rule over the Lust Ring, Oz became more and more confident and used their newfound freedom to express themself as much as they pleased, throwing extravagant parties full of exotic dancers and revelry, 'cuz no Heavenly chains are holding them down from doing and wearing whatever they wanted. Despite all this, they're rather self-conscious of their shape and are often seen exercising to keep themselves slim (though they don't really need to, being an immortal demon and all).
Specializes in love potions and musical spells (e.g., hypnotic hymns, sonic screams) to cause chaos.
Like their Cherubim creators, their extra heads tend to display minds of their own through their main head; this sometimes causes them to shift between contentment, anxiety, and anger during the worst possible times.
