3/100 days of productivity Just having my 5 minutes break in Pomodoro, so I use this time to give you an update about my third day on the 100 days of productivity challenge. After my big breakdown I feel more motivated. I study as much as I can, where I can. I'm having exams on June 12 and 14, and both subjects are really difficult. I took analytical chemistry classes because I could not take part in the lessons during the semester, coz I had another subject that time. Today I go get new glasses! Unfortunately I sat on my pair of glasses last week. My eyes don't need glasses 7/24 because I only need them when in class, far away from the board and the teacher. But in exam season I sit so much in front of my macbook and I really feel the need of wearing glasses to "protect my eyes" somehow. I don't weat them anyway. Now my freetime is over, the next Pomodoro session is thicking. Have a productive and wonderful day!! xx

Today is hard. I have only ONE DAY until Evolution Biology exam which is tomorrow. I am highly stressed. But really so damn stressed. I can’t stop blaming myself for leaving only one day for this subject and it’s not easy at all. But I have to try to do my best. My very-very best. There’s no other way and no one else gonna do that if not me.
I’m waiting for a package my mom sent me with a friend of her. So home-cooked food is coming! I can’t describe how I miss home. I mean, I’m home now also, but I study in a different city, 230 kms away from my parents house. I have a really nice flat here, but it’s still not HOME, even if the flat is mine.
My cat is sleeping in my arms, keeping me away from focusing on my work, and I’m constantly trying to motivate myself somehow. I see, that I have such a little time left, and I just don’t want to really start studying. But I have to, because I have oral exam, and I have to “perform” my knowledge.
I collect all my force and get them together to do this. I WILL do this. I CAN DO THIS.
Guys, you can do this too. We all can do this and pass exams like crazy!

last immunology review.
i have 3,5 hours left until my immunology exam and i’m nervous af. at least, after the exam i can finally have lunch because i’m definitely sure i won’t be able to take even a single bite of food until the end of the exam.
i did so much work for this, and that work really deserves success. i truly believe if i am confident and believe in myself, it’s gonna be okay.
How to calm the child before an exam
My worst memories of school and college - is the evening or night before the exam, despite the fact that I usually handed over for good grades. But this excitement - it poisoned me the joy of the examinations and tests! I sweated palms, shaking hands, thoughts were confused and even a little dizzy and sick stomach - exactly to the moment when the ticket has not turned out to be in my hands.
At this point, all the excitement gradually disappears somewhere, and engaged in a task, I calmed down.

But when my son grew up, I discovered that he does not pass the excitement and while answering the questions, and this often prevents him to concentrate on what he really knows. Then we all had to think about it, how to help reduce anxiety to a level that will not paralyze his brain. After many trials, we have deduced for himself several ways to focus and calm down before any major event - examinations, tests, examinations etc.
The main and important piece of advice - this is certainly a good preparation for a long time.

But what if the child knows the material, but still nervous before the exam so strong that it prevents him to answer?
1. Consider your own.
