Yeah it's about ten dollars. Primark is the UK's sort of "Cheap and so-so clothing" chain store, quality in there ranges from not so great to sometimes finding something really nice. It's a staple for a lot of people because of the low prices.

So when you do find something of nice quality in there, and it seems official, and it's also cheap, it's more or less striking gold. Nice merch shirts aren't usually so cheap. (For example the Deadpool shirt I also bought today (Another store though.) was £16 and that's about the average for merch shirts of any series or thing.)
