Weirdly Specific Beige Flags of AOT Characters

Eren: says "trust me" in 96% of situations but never actually explains why you should trust him (and he rarely proves that you should)

Mikasa: stares off intensely into space as if she is mad, but it is just her way of listening

Armin: will just state very random, very specific facts mid-conversation (regardless of context), but tries to tie it back to the conversation

Jean: complains about every minor inconvenience but it's kinda funny

Sasha: insists on trying everyone's food but reacts neutrally every time (she doesn't want to seem too excited)

Connie: says "no worries" after making a request, even the small ones, because he doesn't want to bother people

Erwin: always looks like he is in deep thought but most of the time he is just wondering if he locked the door or turned the stove off

Levi: obsessively cleans, but then leaves a random object (like his tea cup) for days

Hange: often starts conversations with "this might be weird" or "hear me out" and they always are very weird statements (but harmless)

Annie: always seems slightly annoyed (RBF), even when she is having a good time

Bertholdt: often looks like he has something to say in a conversation, but never says anything when you stop the conversation to ask him what he wants to say

Reiner: starts super deep/intimate conversations at the most inconvenient time, like waiting in line at the bank

Historia: overuses pet names like "sweetie" or "honey" with everyone, even people she just met

Ymir: uses sarcasm so frequently that it's almost impossible to tell when she's being serious or sincere

i love my girlfriend but she has one beige flag, and that is she has a photo of bilbo and thorin when bilbo’s saying “the eagles are coming” over thorin’s dead body saved in her camera roll

so at random moments we’ll just be hanging out and giggling and she’ll just whip her phone in front of me with that image while i’m mid laugh and it gets me. every. time.

Beige flag- has the fashion sense of a nine year old boy. Monster truck t-shirt, red jersey shorts, and light up sneakers. He's proud of it, too

Green flag- patient and incredible with kids. Very very sweet man and tries his best to be kind to everyone

Beige flag- flaps his wings ridiculously hard when he's happy or excited. It sends feathers everywhere and kicks up dust

Red flag- worries way too much about injuries or the possibility of someone getting hurt. Like, wayyy too worried. It took a few days of convincing for Lilia to get permission to train Silver with wooden swords.

Green flag- unafraid to show his love for everyone close to him- extremely loudly and dramatically. Like, rivaling Rook's level of drama

Beige flag- candles. Everywhere. Candle wax on his hands, on his clothes, sometimes even in his hair. His room is completely filled with every type of candle available to him. He likes candles

Red flag- Insistent upon him doing EVERYTHING. "Non non dont get up, i can do that!" "Nooo, i can get that for you!!" "Sit down, i've got it!" BRO LET ME BREATHE OXYGEN WITHOUT YOU TRYING TO BREASTFEED ME

Green flag- a sweet boy, tries to get along with everyone, one of the best friends you'll ever have, though he's very quiet.

Beige flag- has to stop every two seconds on walks to check out pretty rocks or a cool plant. Collects any cool trash trinkets he finds on the ground to add to his collection.

Red flag- anxious attachment much,,,, he cannot be left alone for more than a few hours without him freaking out a bit and appearing at Epel's dorm door like "you dont hate me right,,?"

My beige flag is that I will genuinely never feel completely safe. Whether I'm out with friends, alone in my room, at school or in a loved ones arms, I'm always in some kind of fight or flight mode and it's so incredibly exhausting. I just want to feel still.
