My beige flag is that when I text, I will type it as if it's like.. dialogue. Or in other words, as if I'm saying it in real life. I will add "um"s and "uhh"s even though that's literally unnecessary because I'm freaking texting.

For example, all I would have to text is, "I think it's Tuesday".

But instead, I would text, "Uhh.. I think it might be Tuesday?? Maybe?? But idk."

I just like to add personality to my texts so I don't sound like a robot, y'know?

(Beige flag is basically in between green and red. It's not a good trait but not really bad either. Just kinda, a weird quirk that's tolerable.)

the things your parents say stick with you

my papa used to tell me that the last thing I said to everyone before bed was that I loved them

because he said that one day maybe ill wake up and they won't be there fro me to say I love you to anymore

he said this, every night, for like 4 years

that stuck

he meant it lightheartedly probably

but now I cant sleep after arguments. if I scream at my mom I have to go downstairs and tell her I love her before I sleep

every time theres a time where truly anything happens and im about to go to sleep I say I love you

if I dont hear it back I cant sleep

I repeat it until it gets said back to me

I cant sleep otherwise, I lay awake and panic

My beige flag is that when I use a new roll of paper, I will spend minutes tearing at it until it’s all on the same layer so when I used it, I don’t hear any ripping sound.

My beige flag is the fact that I have so little knowledge of edible plants that would grow near me other than chives so anytime I see some particularly chive looking grass I will pick it and eat it promptly. Has only steered me wrong once when it was just some thick grass and to be fair, my sister thought they were chives too.

My beige flag is when im reading something really good I’ll send screenshots of it to people, always different gc though, and just expect everyone to know what’s happening

My biggest beige flag is probably that I don’t usually use gendered pronouns for animals

I usually just use “it”
