[update] @sunflowersrosesandrainbows pointed out to me that it says ‘Lunch Money’ on the bottom of Harry’s bag. It definitely says that! 👀//
The first thing I saw was Lunch Money. And considering his current situation...that's a LOUD message as far as I'm concerned. In an artist/manager relationship it's literally slang for meager, trivial, or insultingly small earnings. It describes revenue or royalty payouts that are barely enough to buy a sandwich, symbolizing how little the artist actually took home after everyone else (managers, labels, platforms) took their cuts. Maybe that red flag ties into that as well.
😭 ugh. I hate that theory. I mean, we KNOW the Azoffs are making way more money at this point than H is.
I saw someone mention the flag possibly being connected to the flags at Glastonbury. I’ve never been to Glasto, but my gut says it means something else.
A red flag is a common phrase these days meant as a warning that something is wrong. There are so many “red flags” surrounding H right now — the biggest ones visible to us are his eroding relationship with his management and his “engagement” to his manager’s side piece. Beach warning systems use a red flag for highly hazardous waters.
It appears to be a swallowtail flag which has numerous meanings, the one in most familiar with is the maritime one which has to do with signaling that the vessel is taking on “dangerous cargo” or is in “hazardous waters.”
Maybe it’s just a flag.
Whatever the case, he definitely wanted us to see the bag.
