How to protect yourself from bad spirits
It’s ghost season! Summer actually is the peak of ghost season, not Halloween. Been seeing a lot of demons and ghosts lurking around and have been getting a lot of qs from family and friends about how to protect themselves from ghosts. So here’s some things you can do if you feel you’re getting a visit from an unfriendly spirit
1. Buy a salt lamp and place in the darkest corner of your room
A salt lamp generates good, pure energy and is known to ward away bad spirits. Just make sure you don’t put the lamp close to water! Water damages the salt and the barrier!
2. Buy some protective crystals
I really like to use fluorite or another clear quartz type of crystal! I’ll just slip it in my bag when I’m feeling like there’s something bad that’ll be around me or if I have to attend funerals/walk by haunted areas.
When I feel like I’m being followed by some bad spirit, I’ll go off to a crowded area like a mall and walk around for a good twenty minutes or so. By doing that you lose your scent and the spirit has more trouble finding you.
4. Don’t watch horror films or visit haunted areas/hospitals/funerals when you’re weak or when it’s ghost season
Horror films actually attract quite a lot of attention from ghosts or anything related to ghosts/murders or gore they quite like. You know . . . the dark attracts the darker side, so I generally advise people not to watch these sort of films when they’re very weak, ill, or tired. Bad spirits can easily latch onto you and even possess you or haunt you at night when you sleep. It’s sort of the same for going to haunted areas/hospitals/funerals. Those areas tend to have a lot of spirits and many like to prey on the weaker minded/body.
5. Listen to calm, meditating music
There are a lot of channels on YouTube that have calming music for meditation. Put one of those own and you’ll feel much more protected!
