We woman, we are so powerful. But it’s really important how we grow up, what kind people we have around, what people saying and brainwash our brain when we are little. Comparing, competition, telling what and how we should do it in early age is messing up the future. Since I was little girl I wasn’t confident with my body, myself. I was always being compared to my beautiful smart cousin, to neighbors girls, at school... Jealousy from even teachers in school cos I was pretty...or different, sensitive, naive. I felt like black swan. Start doing modeling in my 14 didn’t help it either. Bulimia, always try to show everybody else that I am perfect, I am fine. Never was comfortable with my own body. Took my almost 34 years that I got to the point that I love who I am, myself, my body. It’s never ending process to release blocks and stuck thinking what we got through are life. But everything what we going through it’s happens for reason, even the ugly stuff, so we can serve and live our life with purpose. For me is to support woman, teenage girls, girls from early age, give them confidence and be proud who they are. Supporting woman they going through the any type of abuse, eating disorders. That’s my purpose besides a lot of other stuff. Love you all. ❤️ #powerfulwomen #womans #girls #loveyourbody #loveyourself #beyou #educating #supporting #teaching #purpose #purposefulliving #release #blocks #eatingdisorders #stopabuse #stopabuseagainstwomen #feelingmyself #beingdifferent #beingdifferentisgood #becrazy #grateful #modeling #importantthings # (at Yoga Flow SF)
