Oh to the Glory of Being A Hunter This is the first real piece of Artwork I have made, of course it is for the Crest system! I'll be making these after I finish a Act 2 playthrough using only the crest of the artwork, which I did with my favorite crest, The Hunter. this is done with not so many headcanons beside the Hornet design under the influence of the crest.
EVERYONE GET ON THE BELL BEAST, WE'RE LEAVING THIS KINGDOM NOW! WHAT THE? NO! AHH! THIS ISN'T THE BELL BEAST!! IMPOSSIBLE!! NOOOOO!! CLAWLINE!!!
Bell Eater
Long dormant centipede, awoken and enraged by Pharloom's crumbling collapse.
This fearsome predator of the Bellways seems not to have stirred in a long time. I have only ever seen one other creature in those odd veins; were they once more populated? Or is this ferocious bug dedicated entirely to the destruction of another?
Un-Doomed the Family for a single Non-canon drawing because while I like angst I also unfortunately enjoy fluff too much.
Including the First appearance of the Family Pet, Killaton the Bell Eater
Another little characterization of Hornet I love is that most quests and missions are given to Hornet by other characters except for the main storyline and the investigation of the Bell Eater. Hornet sees this creature where her Bell Beast should be and immediately assigns herself the mission to investigate and kill that thing.
I'm just obsessed with Hornet trying to keep somewhat detached - understandable as things just keep getting worse and worse - but she's not emotionless and can't help her growing care and commitment to her closest allies friends
(on act 3. No spoilers please)
Week 10. I'm proud of how these came out.
Meeting Bell Eater feels like you called for your loveable, joyful Golden Retriever after everything went to shit, and you're looking forward to meeting this loyal being and getting some comfort. But instead, you get jump-scared by an aggressive, bitey dachshund. And you're like: you're not my Eira. What did you do to my Eira.
