I tested for my yellow belt in taekwondo tonight. The instructors said that everyone did great, so I’m really hoping that means I passed.
So I have my Orange Belt mock grading on Friday
I am nervous cuz i missed the last two weeks of Karate due to a cold. If I pass the mock grading, then I get to test on the 21st of this month. I am excited too. This should be fun.

Took the yellow belt test today in Krav Maga. Won't know my results until Monday. Here's to hoping!!!
Grandmaster teaching a white belt how to break using the plastic rebreakable boards. He doesn't speak English, and GM doesn't speak Spanish well so he just keeps saying sí to everything when the kid does it right Also I earned my red belt tonight. I'm now 2nd gup, two levels away from black belt candidacy. I decided not to quit, not now, not when I'm so close to black belt. Despite my frustrations in training and the fact that I'm not getting taught by my instructor any more, I'm going to stay committed. I've basically told myself that I'll keep going until black belt and that I can re-evaluate at that time.
I did it! I passed!
Yes all that hard work paid off. I am excited. But now we move up to the next level class which is tougher! I can't wait for the challenge. The next testing is in July and Sensei said to make sure i was ready!
