In addition to being a piano tuner, I also happen to be a professional musician.  The piano is one of the instruments that I play.  When I tune a piano, I tune it to sound musical, not like it's been tuned to a machine.  Furthermore, there are adjustments that can be made to the regulation of pianos that are described in books on how to tune, repair and regulate pianos.  Really fine adjustments can only be made by someone who truly knows how to play the piano in a variety of styles. Serving the Sterling, IL areas and greater Quad Cities region as a piano tuner since 1974!

This NW2 was an oddball on the roster--still wearing CGW initials but renumbered (it was CGW 24) this loco spent most of its post-merger life working Belvidere and Rockford. It was traded in to EMD in late 1980.”
