With all the Peter in Gotham fics going on with all the various tropes, I'd imagine somewhere, sometime in a distant universe:

Peter: Dick, Dad, I want you to meet someone... multiple someones actually

Dick: Hm? Who is it Pete?

Ben, Jessica & Kaine: ......

Dick: Um?

Peter: They are my clones! Hey guys say hello to dad

Ben, Jessica & Kain: Hello Dad!

Dick:...Wai- Wait a second. What-

A portal opens up behind them to the spider society

Peter: And these are all other versions of me! Say Hello guys!

Spider Society Spiders: (Even the ones who aren't Peter , In chorus) Hello Dad!

Dick: dick.exe has stopped working

Bruce: In the background, desperately trying to calculate if his wealth would be enough to feed em all.

Or alternatively its the Opera meme but with Peter going "You get a Dad!" "And you get a Dad!" To anything remotely spider shaped and the Dad is question is just one guy.

Ben takes the job because something about her intrigues him, and makes his spider sense tingle. As they work together he realizes she remembers things that doesn't exist in this timeline, and most important, she also has superpowers. He gets to the conclusion that she's not from that dimension, how did she get there? how would she go back? and when? it's still for discover.

First they make "Spider-Man Noir" Ben Reily, and now they make "Superboy" Jon Kent.
