Do you meditate to elements bending? 🤔How is the process of it ?
Once you learn how to focus your energy out of your third eye and practice you can send it out. It’s like learning how to make your thoughts have power and an energetic frequency. Sort of like a strong intention. So I’d send that out to the elements, telling them how I want them act. Basically you have to overcome their energy, like bending it to your will (why it’s called bending) and since they are very pure energies you have to be very high vibe. Otherwise you’d not be on the same plane and it’s hard to get enough power from a non equal standing. That’s why I tell them how I’d like them to behavior, joke or say please. You have to respect their energy, like you aren’t overpowering them in a domineering way, they have to agree to be overpowered but it’s like them lending you control for a bit.

Thailand as a firebender. I can see him as a general sort of person. A firebender general? @3@
Myanmar as another firebender. I just don't know...He's that sort of fierce personality and it sticks with him...
Laos....as a firebender or water? I mean that Laos' culture is close to Thai, but...a waterbender since he's also associated with the Naga serpent and the Mekong flows the most through Laos...But I think I'll take the advice from a fellow acquaintance about him being a fire, but close to water. (Like that Painted Lady episode?)
