Backyard egg and smoked Bentons bacon omelette!
Benton's bacon. Many years ago, husband went to school for a while in the backwater and beyond and one day drove by this place. It smelled smokey and delicious and he stopped and asked to buy some bacon and they happily obliged. He's just happy they are around 10 years later. They were super nice too.
