What’s been on your plate and in your glass this past week? Finally got Eddie to drive over to Summerlin, Nevada, for dinner at the one and only Marche Bacchus. Though I didn’t get a full shot of the wine store (see shot behind our Chateauneuf du Pape) know that their bottle prices are incredible, just $10 over retail and no additional corkage fee! If that’s not enough their wines by the glass, spirits and cocktail list is a book about 1-inch thick! From the end to the start of my photos you will see the incredible view of Lake Jacqueline in the Desert Shores from their patio, pistachio Gelato, 2017 Cave Blend from Del Dotto, my "Steak Frites" was a Wagyu Flat Iron, Béarnaise, French Fries and herb butter (I gave Ed that wonderful Béarnaise as the herb butter was so good on its own) while he had the Filet Mignon with Mascarpone whipped potatoes, Trumpet mushrooms, roasted asparagus and a red wine reduction sauce, then I caught sight of a Willis’s Wine Bar poster I hadn’t seen before (we own five, that’s a story in itself), Ed enjoying a small tureen of French onion soup, the CDP I mentioned already, Martinis with Escargot Persillade that was made with the yummiest garlic herb butter and Parmigiano bread crumbs, and finally just a shot of the pretty flowers and bar menu on our table. 🍷🍷👏👏❤️❤️🍸🍸🍧🍧🥩🥩 . . . #EveBushmanWhatsInYourGlass #EveBushmanWhatsOnYourPlate #FrenchFood #Steak #BernaiseSauce #FrenchOnionSoup #Gelato #Escargot #WineStore #Nevada #Martini #Wagyu #FiletMignon #FrenchFries @WillisWineBarParis @DelDottoWine @marche_bacchus (at Marche' Bacchus French Bistro & Wine Shop) https://www.instagram.com/p/CDePa2gALne/?igshid=1lntf0h1vmy8y
