You could’ve fooled me,” Dakota grumbles, dusting the dirt from their stumble off their jeans and turning to face their ‘attacker’, wishing, though with little hope, that their fear hadn’t been that obvious. They tried to keep their irritation in check - they weren’t mad at this person, and, in fact, Dakota was just angry at the world. A little dramatic, perhaps, but what else were they supposed to feel when, upon coming back from the dead, they discovered someone had stolen their bag, with their phone, keys, and wallet? Maybe Nyx had grabbed it and brought it back to the apartment...
