Unfortunately Pants are Necessary: Dress Pants Edition

Is there anything worse than shopping for pants? Can't we just go around pantsless?

Like many of us, Beautiful Barbarian Deanie has been on the hunt for a pair of dress pants that fit her and stumbled on this gem. "Verdict: They are freagin amazing."

I've found that for my particular issue of meaty thighs and butt and yet slim waist (back gap anyone?), the Cassidy Collection Pants at The Limited work rather well.

This thermal space jacket from Betabrand is perfect for chilly winter days, even if you're planning to stay on Earth. The Tyvek shell, synthetic down insulation, and silvered nylon lining makes the jacket durable, lightweight, and warm.

I saw the jacket in person at AAS 225 on David Sliski, a Telescope Engineer at the University of Pennsylvania. He told me he was the second person to receive his jacket after backing its production​ - the first jacket went to Antarctica!

I'm disappointed that the jacket is "men's", but at least the XS size fits an average-sized woman. Hello, companies: women love space, too!

Disco Hoodie - Betabrand

I love this hoodie!! It's reversable so you can wear it as a black hoodie on your way out, then turn it around for full disco mode when you get to the party!

I may have to buy one.

In fact, I like a lot of stuff I found on the Beta Brand site. Check it out. I may go on an online shopping binge.
