Gen 3 beta sprites

With Latiken's sprites getting put out on the internet, I thought "Why not try to spruce them up a bit?" So I took my skills and did just that, making them look as what they might have looked like if this Pokémon made it to the final release! I've also included a "What If?" shiny version, and a version with the original sprite's palette too!

Ok, so, a bunch of Gen IV Pokemon beta sprites got leaked recently, and why the fuck does beta Arceus look like some celestial form of Bendy from Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends?

I’m not quite sure which pokemon inspired it though?? Is it a 3-way baby between a Whiscash, Wailmer, and a Chinchou?
