While receiving applause during the curtain call yesterday, it made me think.. what if I didn’t meet IF/THEN..? or if I prepared for a different project instead of IF/THEN ㅋㅋㅋ🍀
My last performance of Wicked was in June 2021, I can finally meet you all on stage after 1 year and 6 months.
From the preparation process, IF/THEN had a lot of lines, difficult numbers, quick changes... Practice, lessons, practice, lessons, and practice [Line from Mozart das Musical]...I don't think there was anything easy. I wanted to convey the meaning of the work well. Especially, I wanted to give you the courage to confront pregnancy, childbirth, and all the things that come by choice.
I was worried about how the audience would see it, and it was a series of anxious feelings, but I was able to fully celebrate my return after seeing the warm round of applause with love yesterday.
It’s the first time [since I came back] but I’m meeting everyone with an intense work ㅋㅋㅋ
Thank you so much to the vice president of Shownote, and the Shownote family! I’m always thankful to my Palmtree Island family 💕 Thank you so much to all the actors and staff who worked so hard from the practice room to the first performance
