Pertanggal 1 february, crew WBS sudah memulai pengumpulan infak untuk SBSJ (Snack Berkah Setiap Jum'at) . . . Infak ini akan di salurkan ke tiap mesjid di karawaci-Tangerang berupa snack dibagikan kepada jama'ah sholat jum'at yang hadir. . Kuy, mulai dari hal kecil. Seribu, dua ribu tak masalah.. Lakukan saja. Semoga menjadi kebiasaan baik yang menular kepada teman-teman yang lain. :) Berlomba dalam kebaikan itu menyenangkan. Percaya deh! Day 2 in January 2017

I have decided not to post any pictures yet until I feel that I have done good changes in my body. I have hit the gym for the second time in this new year after finding a hard time after work. 

It was a good upper body workout day. Its where I have realized that I have a very weak upper body. I have the strength but I have a bad management of the strength. Got buckle that up!
