@general_jrv Practicing DRAGON🐉FLY Flutter kicks💪🏾🤯 Did I Do Good or Bad⁉️ “This exercise works and tone up your lower body. It helps you shed the extra fat from the belly, hips, and thighs Ladies. It burns calories as well. Excellent Cardio to increase heart rate. I want to start engaging more core routines in my workout because anyone can pick up a Weight but not everyone can use their own body strength!” 💪🏾👍🏾 • #fitnessgeneraljrv #cometrainwithme #lafitnesslifestyle #cardio✔️ #strength💪 #coreworkout #abdominalworkout #dedicatedtomycraft #betterabs #stability #fitnesstrainer #fitnessfun #fitspo #exercises #lessweightmorereps #backstrength #training #toneup @general_jrv (at LA Fitness Roseville - Gratiot Ave.)
How to get Abs
I've been killing the gym but up until recently I was still being a fatass in the kitchen 😆. Nothing wrong with that except I have a photoshoot next month!
Fast forward only one week and I am seeing new/previous definition and my pooch is trying to flatten. I took measurements to track until next month.
What's different?! No bread, no starchy carbs at dinner, no added sugar or sweet foods, I'm eating more veggies, eating less fat most days and keeping my workouts simple but challenging. I can't wait to see what a month will bring.
I'll make another post next week about how I've been handling cravings.
I have been quiet but killing it over here in Toyyaland. I actually did an official prep all throughout the week. It wasn't your typical cook-it-all on Sunday prep though. I made a plan, shopped for all ingredients, then prepared one meal in advance throughout the week. So whenever there was only one meal left of something, I'd cook a new one and hubby and I had an option of what we'd eat for lunch or dinner. It worked out perfectly! We've made it Friday and are contemplating cheat meal options now. Happy Friday!
