[4/156 workouts] Before and during photo of my progress on keto. The before photo was my very start of my journey at 317 lbs my Jr. Year of college. I'm now graduated and down 83 lbs! After photo was taken after my workout today. I started off with an ab workout on a mat. Did plank variations, leg raises, abdominal machine, and abdominal Torso rotations. I then did 50 mins of the cardio setting at 154 heart rate to burn some extra calories. We often talk about how ๐ด๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฆ exercise can make us... but in many cases, it can actually help alleviate some of the pain we experience! Before I started these workout programs, I would get ๐๐๐๐ค ๐ฉ๐๐ข๐ง all the timeeee. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ on long walks or hikes. It made me feel so weak and embarrassed that I couldn't keep up ๐ it also hurt like HECKINBOB!!โฃ

This is why I ALWAYS tell y'all to engage your core on all these exercises: not only to protect your core muscles, which includes your back, but also to ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ them to support you in everything that you do!
