Yesterday for #EarthDay my partner and I went for a walk in Tommy Thompson Park and picked up garbage along the way. Within the first 20 minutes this is how many @timhortons cups we found. 😢 Considering #Toronto uses 1 million disposable coffee cups a day I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Just because the cup says "Ecotainer" doesn't mean you can just throw it into the forest and expect it to compost.
