thats fair. I have a really hard time not seeing them as romantic though, I guess i'm just going to have to keep waiting and hope they get canonized before the series ends :/ (which does make it queerbaiting, i suppose. :( )

like yea i really do see romantic undertones to bubbline too but having them canonically state theyre just friends multiple times AFTER those romantic undertones have been shown just makes those romantic interactions queerbaiting and not censored-canon-queer-representation in my opinion

re: bubbline: i always thought it was more of a creators v cartoon network thing about how canon it was allowed to be, so more that it was intended to be canon but couldn't be, rather than just straight up queerbaiting. but i could be wrong :/

like i thought so too but with the last few eps centering around these two and the show explicitly drawing a line in the sand and saying canonically “she is my best friend” multiple times is the thing that bothers me the most. 

if the show genuinely wanted these two to be lgbt+, then having their relationship not be canonically stated as platonic would have been a small thing to do. but now since it IS canon they see each other platonically i dont feel comfortable saying their interactions are romantic without at least feeling it is a bit queerbait-y.

hello! i was wondering if you (or someone you know) is collecting fakies? cause i have a bunch from when I was a kid and I'm not sure what to do with them :) thanks!

betterthancnn I definitely collect fakies! There’s a fair amount of us who do, although I don’t think it’s the majority of collectors by far! XD 

Most people collect certain ‘types’, although I’m pretty weak; I keep all of the fakies who come to me in lots. ^^; I used to buy big G3 lots on eBay and fix them up (with the idea to sell ... which didn’t happen...), and there would inevitably be tons of fakies in there, too! Now I have a big ol’ box of fakies! But I do collect certain types of fakies on purpose, like backhair/sideburns fakies, Bootlegs fakies, Concerned Pony, Senor Fakiepants, Totsy, basically the fakies that I think are unique and look cool! :) 

I’d love to see pics of your childhood fakies! I had quite a few fakies as a kid too, notably a couple of Totsys and some of the saddle/bridle fakies who made galloping sounds! :D Maybe I should get a pic of all my fakies for my blog!
