Werewolf Laura facts!

Silver in this setting is a metal that represents the moon while Gold represents the sun! (I got the idea from a few stories involving were creatures!) That’s why Silver makes Lauras skin crawl, it makes her more susceptible to change, like how she can more easily change at night! The sun grounds her more in her human form but it will never stop her from changing if shes in danger/full moon, like how silver wont make her change fully but makes her more easily susceptible to it!

This is also why Silver can hurt/kill Laura, because it has moon properties, while something like a normal knife wound would heal, a silver one isn’t exactly acting like a weakness but more like, fighting fire with fire and would heal much slower.

Wounds from a Gold weapon might be able to force her out of shifting? At the very least it agitates her werewolf form and will maybe either get her to retreat, or make her mega pissed off

BEHAVIOR WISE! 

Behaviorally you could expect what comes of a normal wolf/werewolf, to circle its territory and be like an animal. The only difference is that on a very subconscious level Beverage has some semblance of control. It doesn’t follow what she knows is good or bad, but what she wants. The main reason her werewolf form would leave its territory would be if she wanted to leave no matter what. Like if she wanted revenge on someone it might hunt them down. Or if she had isolated herself so long from anyone who could understand her and she was lonely it might go looking for something similar to itself. At the very least it knows not to go near any cities or towns(sometimes) but houses int he wild aren’t to safe. And she might see humans as some sort of prey if they run and kick in her instincts, though maybe on good nights she can stop it. But if someone where to attack her survival and fear is the most basic emotions.

At least you’d know your safe if she really really loves/cares about you, their may even be a gentleness if you ran into her in her werewolf form and you were someone she cared for. Or if she knew you where near by she might protect you or stalk you. But she also has the idea from her whole life that people are intimidated by her, her werewolf form feels that same way and knows not to scare off people she trusts (probably one reason her childhood friend has never known no matter how close they are/living in the city too)

Power and the night

In ranking, shes definitely most powerful on the full moon, on normal nights shes of average power, and in the daytime slightly weaker

Depending on how many times shes changed in a month her werewolf form can be more restless during the full moon, its a kind of release if she keeps the cork on to long pressure builds up. Especially on extremely stressful months.

She has definitely been locked in the trunk of a car and shifted before, while not completely the source of her claustrophobia it definitely didn’t help!
