As a musical lover, I used to be soooo jealous of America and the UK because they would always get the best casting for the shows. (That’s not to say others are bad but they would always be the more talked about) but seeing Hadestown in Sydney twice makes me not jealous at all.
The whole cast is phenomenal! Noah as Orpheus is so incredibly beautiful. Christine Anu’s Aussie accent for some reason fits so bloody well for Hermes. Everything and everyone is absolutely beyond amazing.
The last train about the last incredible chapters🥰 I still don’t get it that this series is over!! @lokisgoodgirl thank you so so much for sharing this piece of poetic perfection, relentless emotions and delightful smut!!!🤍🤍

Psh, not like, LOVE.
It took me a while to get into as the drawing style was so different (I still question how Nami’s back is not broken, especially post time-skip) but legit, Oda is one of the most amazing storytellers I think I’ll ever encounter. I admire him so, so much. The way he builds characters and backstories and never loses sight of the overarching plot while still going off on tangents to further build up his cast and invest us in his characters is nothing short of amazing.
The fact he’s not just a writer but an artist has my heart all aflutter. The time he puts into crafting his world and aligning all of the moving parts is beyond beautiful. I’m a SaNa and Frobin shipper, but I would be just as happy as if he kept status quo as is with this giant Mugiwara family unit (just like VLD ♥) and the fact he has not created one actual romance amongst the crew members (other than one-sided ones; Sanji x Nami, Sanji x Robin, Boa Hancock x Luffy) unless you count Luffy x meat is impressive.
I am all alone in my little One Piece island here as any friends who are into it watch the anime. *sobbing* I’m a manga reader so I’m soooo far ahead and I never know what’s a spoiler anymore. I’m so so so excited to start the Wano arc although Big Cake Island will go down as one of my favorites because Sanji ♥
