Thinking about those headcanons of Kaneki with the BFRB of Crepitus — compulsive finger-popping.

Ghouls regenerate, so their joint fluids probably also reset much more quickly.

Kaneki in private, during his worst mental health days but also days of no missions and plenty of boredom, rapidly popping his most preferred finger.

concept:

lance has excoriation disorder (skin picking disorder)

this is so self indulgent but hear me out

he wears a baggy jacket over a long sleeve, something a lot of bfrb people (like myself) do to hide scars, or general anxiety over showing off skin even when there arent as many scars

he cares so much about his skin routine, another thing many do to keep themselves from picking at acne or blemishes

i dont actually have a lot of ideas on this but pls if everybody else can project their problems on our insecure boy then so can i

I see your "Adrian prefers to keep his gas mask on" headcanons and "Adrian is autistic / has ADHD" headcanons, and I raise you this:

Adrian Shephard has Dermatillomania

Reasoning: I have Dermatillomania and I would like a character to project onto that isn't a villain

Headcanon that, as a joke, Shigaraki gets gifted those little sticky hand toys, and he hates them at first, but then after some messing around with them they end up being a legit stim toy for him. They're very fun and calming to play with.

Headcanon that, post-redemption-arc Shigaraki ends up bonding with Deku over being self-conscious over their scars, and they support and uplift each other

danny has trichtillomania and possibly dermatophagia. I know this in my heart to be true

I'm not a big MHA fan but I care a lot about Shigaraki specifically because he scratches at his skin and isn't always treated the best for it by the series or the fandom and I've had dermatillomania all my life so i Get It and just want him to be happy and find some support and coping mechanisms
