I don't know for sure these are from what would have been the fight scene but it would absolutely make sense.
If so, it looks like Jaheira's saying the decision the leaders made to flee saved more lives from being lost, while Halsin feels like he and the Druids were kinda left to fend for themselves and many died as a result

(Minthara does not have a cinematic romance scene in Act 3, but she has our hearts, which she wins over again and again. She also has an excellent scene in Act 1)
To make it easier to follow, I recommend turning on the scene with dialogue.

Overview:
Cinematics are an important part of the game - a collaborative, step-by-step process involving character writers, character actors, cinematic artists and the animation team.
The emphasis on cinematic scene direction, motion capture, and the artistic visual style is what drew thousands of people to the game.
For quite some time now, fans have been uncovering parts of the developers’ work on scene animations. There, you can find some interesting details about your favorite companions in cinematic scenes in Act 3.
Since the scenes in Act 3 are written when the characters’ ideas and story arcs are already fully developed and have gone through a long production process, the notes in these final romance scenes are especially interesting.
Some scenes are described in detail - you can occasionally find notes on the characters’ emotions, thoughts, and the overall narrative tone of the scene (Karlach, Astarion)
Others are more technical, focusing on movement and lighting, as much of what the scene conveys is likely expressed through dialogue between the characters (Laezel)

Karlach Date

The Player walks into Dancing Lute Tavern and spots Karlach, who's already sitting at one of the tables. It's decorated in a white tablecloth and candles. She beckons you over.

Player takes a seat oppsite Karlach. They both pick up menus (menu is like a paper, not book type) and read them over, Karlach glancing at the player nervously from time to time.
After Karlach delivered the line, she beckons the waiter over while still holding menu with left hand.
A bored-looking half-orc drags himself over and grunts at the players (walk few step to the player then talk)
She smiles, scans the menu again. (menu is like a piece of paper, not book type)
The waiter takes the menus and ambles away.
The waiter approaches and roughly drops two plates of food and two cups in front of Karlach and player. The food is something other than the choice made by the player. The two cups are two generic cups, can be any liquid inside. (same cine as N348)
Henk turns back and walks away from the table.
Karlach shrugs, amused at Henk's horribleness. She reaches for the drink to hold it aloft and propose a toast, but she fumbles it and knocks the glass over, then she back to standard sitting pose.
Player raises their glass in toast, drinks from their cup, and is about to pass it to Karlach to drink, but she's roughly leaned over the table to grab the player and kiss them. She sits back down, jostling the table again.
Camera zoom out implying they're eating and drinking. When it comes back to them, the plates/ cups are gone and the lights are dimmer, implying the passage of time.
She reaches across the table o the player, takes their hands in hers.
Fade to black that opens on the player and Karlach in one of the rooms in the inn. This will be a scene of sexual intimacy. (The following is open to interpretation/ details can and should evolve to suit cinematic + actor needs)
Karlach sits on the bed in the room and the player approaches, positioning themself between her legs and kissing her deeply. Karlach stands up, lifts up the player off their feet and rolls them onto the bed, Karlach on top. She pauses, looking deep into the player's eyes. A look of consertnation passes briefly over her face, then the mood breaks. She smiles. (She is thinking about her mortality, about how much she loves the player, about the fragility of life). She bends down and kisses the player, then rolls to lay beside them, touching them intimately with one hand while she kisses them. Things escalate from there.

The player and Gale stand in front of each other. As Gale starts the spell the player looks around in wonder as they're being envelopedby the magic releasing from the orb on Gale's chest.
The orb on Gale's chest begins to glow, his powers manifesting. The player looks around in wonder - they're both being enveloped in a kind of magic - similar to the effect of the Weave in spellteaching, but this is Gale's magic (Different colour?)
The magic surrounding them gathers speed, building it's own momentum. Gale takes the player's left hand with his right one.
The player closes their eyes. They trust him.
A flash of WHITE takes us from the rugged confines of camp to the eternity of the heavens. We don't see the player yet.
The player and Gale are still in the same position, in front of each other with Gale holding the player's hand.

The player carefully opens their eyes to their new surroundings, still holding hands. The player slowly lets their hand go from Gale's and inspects themself. Looking down, checking their hands. Happy with the change they look back up at Gale with a smile.
We see the player for the first time. They're no longer a mortal being, but an astral, godlike one. They let go of Gale and inspect their new form (look at hands?). Looks good. They smile at Gale.
God Gale and God player kiss, arms wrapped around each other. In the astral heavens above them we see Gale's symbole flare into life. A second symbol joins it - there's a new god beside him.
- Breakup -
The player slowly steps toward Gale, they both close in for a final kiss and pull each other closer, but then the player pulls away suddenly as though given an electric shock, the power too strong. They reach for their lips in surprise before lowering their hand and looking back at Gale.
Gale and the player share one final kiss. If there's scope - his godly powers are overwhelming for the player, who pulls away as though given an electric shock.
*to edit once clarified* Gale and the player take one last look at each other, sharing a bittersweet smile. Gale takes a step back and turns around (or to his right), leaving the player behind as he slowly walks off on top of the water before floating up.

- Raphael part-
A portal appears - same as the one to House of Hope in Lower City - and Raphael steps out, in his human form. He stands before Gale and the player, with a smile on his face.
Gale clicks his fingers and Raphael poofs out of existence - Gale-style VFX magic for the vanishing.

Fade to black and fade in as Astarion takes TAV into another section of the camp/a quiet secluded place. You are naked and vulnerable before him.
Both Astarion and Player are naked., Player stands at the foot of the bed. Player is now bent over at the edge of the bed. Sex begins.

Astarion then releases Player's neck, leaning over to bare his fangs and bite into Player's neck. After a while, he stops and raises his head.
(Note: Astarion is still on top of Player, his body shifted slightly to the side (Player's right) so that he has room to take Player's neck and do all that bloodsucking stuff)

Astarion takes your hand, kisses the top of it, then turns it over and starts to bite your wrist.
Astarion reaches down, takes Player's left hand with his right hand. He brought the hand up to his lips. He kisses it gently, tenderly.
Then looking at Player, he turns their hand over to expose the wrist.
He takes a bite. Player stares at Astarion while he feasts, enjoying the sensation. After a while, he stops and raises his head. (Note: Astarion is still lying on top of Player)

Astarion kneels down. He produces a dagger with his right hand. He then leans over towards the gravestone. They understand this is a solemn moment.

The camera moves to show the sun beginning to rise over the horizon. Soft light covers the faces of the player and Lae'zel in a beautiful orange glow.

Lae'zel says nothing but smiles wide. She takes the player's hand and they watch the sun.
Lae'zel's smile fades. She nods, with slight sadness and stands. She walks away, then looks back over her shoulder.
At end of line, Lae'zel stands and walks away, then looks back over her shoulder.

Shadowheart and the player have reached a small quiet cove not far from Baldur's Gate, SH looks around approvingly.
The player turns their back to SH as she begins to undress off-screen.
The player turns away from Shadowheart and reaches to undress. The screen fades to black for a brief time passage-of-time cut. It comes back to playe nude, having left their clothing on the sand. They turn back to Shadowheart - who steps forward, already nude.
Camera holds on player. SH (offscreen) calls to the player while their back is still turned.
The player turns to peek, only to duck a balled item of clothing flung at them.
The player moves to undress. Shadowheart smiles, then follows suit - no nudity shown. Cut to them inside the water, obscuring their bodies.

The player and Shadowheart a tiny, neglected shrine of Selûne - little more than a statue of the moonmaiden in a quiet, overgrown city courtyard. Shadowheart produces a little bottle/vial full of dark red liquid.
Shadowheart unstops the vial of Nightsong's blood and moves towards the statue of Selûne. The player follows. from behind the alter looking up at Shadowheart as she pours the blood across it.
As Shadowheart steps back to admire her work, the player steps forward, smearing the blood around as though finger painting.
The statue of Selûne has been desecrated with the blood of her daughter. Red tears trail from the eyes. Assorted graffiti is dotted all over. The player looks down from the statue to their bloodied hand. Shadowheart appears at the player's side. She's bright-eyed and blood-smeared.
Shadowheart steps in close to the player, a hungry look in her eyes.
Taller players step forward, guiding Shadowheart into a kill by the shoulders.
Shorter race players take Shadowheart by the hand, guiding her into a kiss.
Shadowheart steps back from the kiss, delivers her line, then pushes the player to the ground, she kneels, straddling the player. She kisses forcefully.
The kiss ends, the players face a mix of shock and anticipation. The player's hand comes up subcontiously touching their lip, it's bleeding. Shadowheart smirks.
Shadowheart leans back, Shadowheart crosses her arms, reaching down to her belt line to pull her tunic up.
The player looks up as Shadowheart pantomimes undressing offscreen.
The statue of Selûne looms over them, covered in the blood of Nightsong...

The camera moves from the two of you and outwards. A vista of stunning and quiet beauty.

The player walks away. The camera shows Wyll standing there. He closes his eyes and the scene fades.
Halsin

The player finds Halsin waiting under a tree. He spots them, eager and a little relieved.
Halsin's eyes very briefly flick downwards at himself as if implying offscreen arousal.
Halsin rips his clothes off. Stands naked.
He reaches with both hands towards the front of his own clothing and grips. Camera focuses on the player as there is a sudden off-screen rip of fabric. They gape, despite themselves. Halsin stands before them, naked. He looks at the player like someone dying of thirst would look upon a mountain spring.
Halsin and the player kiss.
He moves close to the player. They kiss fiercely. The player backs up out of frame to disrobe. Halsin watches hungrily.
Halsin looks excited/pleased, steps forward, but then hesitates.
Halsin's approving reaction CU to the player disrobing off-screen. He takes a step towards the player only to hesitate, as if sensing something.
Camera focuses on the player reacting with surprise as we hear Halsin turn into a bear off-screen. Once he's transformed, we see him standing on his hind legs, looking bashful. Camera returns to focus on the player as Halsin exits wildshape off-screen. Visual reference for transformations - Similar to DEN_GuardedEntrance_ParentsScene.
Halsin is standing in bear form. Cocks his head.
Halsin accidentilly transformed into a bear. He is now back in human form.

Halsin seizes the player and presses them up against the trunk of a tree. He kisses them once again, then sinks to his knees, out of frame. The player gasps and keeps his head down with one hand. Offscreen, Halsin utters a muffled, animalistic growl. Halsin rises to his feet.

The player nods. Halsin presses his whole body against theirs, kissing their neck. The camera rises away from them...\r\n\r\n... above, the branches of the tree start to shake.
- Bear Form -
Halsin takes a deep breath. Camera focuses on the player's face, excited-scared expression, like they're on a roller-coaster, as Halsin enters bear form offscreen. Their eyeline raises as the shadow of approaching bear-Halsin falls on them.

Nearby elsewhere, a squirrel scurries along the undergrowth. It pauses and stares at something offscreen. Suddenly there's a loud bear roar and the squirrel flees into the night.
So I'm rewatching Fextralife's BG3 stream again and the dream person's armor is familiar. I know I spotted that armor's color scheme in the stream somewhere. It's in Raphael's concept art.
It doesn't help that Raphael's epithet is "The Deceiver" if you squint at the text hard enough. And his datamined voice lines alludes to him knowing about our Tav's dreams.
Is he the dream person in disguise? Was it him the whole time?

That phrase was perfect for Astarion.
On one side it shows that he puts the main focus on himself, he has a lot of cynicism. He's not at all inclined to worry, even if someone dies around him, as long as he's okay.
It can be a very sensible character trait, a cold practicality, but Astarion reaches a dark selfishness in this trait.
There are dead innocent people lying around - the man is enjoying finally getting his blue sky, without an ounce of sympathy.
On the other side, after we begin to feel for him as a character and become imbued with empathy. The phrase becomes very sensual. There's still a darkness to it.
Well what's more, he says "what a waste" about the blood:
Shadowhart rarely took walks while she was serving at the temple? And Gale read books all the time?
No.
I think the phrase means that after mortal danger, clear blue skies seem like a blessing.
But as the phrase was repeated for everyone all the same perhaps it lost its emotional value for everyone (especially Astarion) and takes on a different meaning depending on the story, which kind of crosses over the other one. Perhaps Larian should have changed the phrase about the sky a little more personalised for everyone. (By the way, this phrase also suited for Karlach too)
Or at some point the triggers in the game for those phrases were bugged and it was easier to remove them than fix it. :D

Player and Astarion walking into graveyard.
They stop as they reach their intended destination.
Astarion walks up to a gravestone covered in ivy and filth.
It's old, cracked, and neglected. He reaches up and tears away the weeds.
Astarion bends over (is gravestone high enough for him to bend over to interact?) and reaches out with both hands to clear away ivy.
He straightens up once he's done, dusting off his hands as he does so.
Underneath, we can see the inscription:

(Note: Needs old gravestone prop with his name. Possible to use ivy plant to cover prop? How tall is gravestone? Does Astarion need to squat/crouch down or bend over to interact with gravestone?)

Looking at the inscription on his grave Astarion takes out Cazador’s dagger and starts carving into the stone, although we can’t see what he’s carving.
When he’s done, the camera angle reverses and we see he’s roughly cut a new inscription into the stone. Below his date of birth is a new date = the current year.
The inscription now reads |Astarion Ancunín: 229 - 468 DR –
The stone now has two death dates.

Nocturnal sounds, crickets in the bushes.
Astarion kneels down.
He produces a dagger with his right hand.
He then leans over towards the gravestone.
His left hand touches the top of the gravestone while his right hand starts carving onto its surface.
(Note: Astarion starts off standing. Then he kneels down.)
Player stands back and watches.
Astarion sits back on his heels. He stows away the dagger (right hand), then both hands rest loosely onto his lap.
He remains in silent contemplation.
(Note: Astarion is still kneeling down.)

They understand this is a solemn moment.
Astarion sits back, looking at his gravestone, saying nothing.
He’s in a moment of deep reflection.
Astarion is still kneeling down.
He stares thoughtfully at his gravestone.
Player approaches Astarion and stops, standing to his right.
They look at him… and then at the gravestone.
Astarion stares at his grave, quietly contemplating his life/unlife.
Player bends over and plucks a flower.
They straighten up. (Flower picking action happens a bit offscreen.)
They then approach the grave (standing at Astarion’s right),
reverentially place said flower (with their right hand) onto the grave.
They straighten back up to standing pose.
Player kneels down to Astarion’s right.
They loosely place both hands onto their lap.
Both of them are now kneeling.
Turning to the player, taking their hands in his for a moment.
Astarion shuffles his knees,
turning right so that he's now facing the Player.
Player shuffles and turns to the left to mirror him.
Astarion leans over, reaches out to take both of Player’s hands in his.
He does so lovingly, tenderly… with a hint of seduction.
Astarion releases Player’s hands. They’re still kneeling down together.
(Note: Astarion releases Player’s hands. They’re still kneeling facing each other.)
Astarion kisses the player, taking them in his arms.
They fall to the ground. Kissing continues.
Astarion leans forward, kisses Player.
He stops kissing, then playfully pushes Player
so that Player falls backwards onto the ground.
Astarion follows suit… gets on top of Player and continues kissing them.
Nocturnal sounds, crickets in the bushes.
Rustle of dry leaves and dirt as the lovebirds begin their passionate romp.
(Note: Maybe camera pans up before fading to black with the dulcet symphony of sex)
Fade to black. Sex sounds.
Nocturnal sounds, crickets, punctuated by sex.
