Had a long debate with myself to decide who would be flipping off people between Shads and Karlach, Shadowheart won. Mostly because she's the tiniest of the three and that made my job easier to redraaw the reference lmao

BG3 Pride 2026 Day 3: Orange 🧡 Healing
In Gale and Elenion's story, Gale is cured of the orb but still keeps the mark on his chest, which I've always thought of as a scar. I also headcanon that, though it's not nearly as bad as it once was, he still has some chronic pain and other lingering issues from the damage the orb did to his body. And Elenion also struggles with chronic pain because of the burn scar over his shoulder, which he used to hide from everyone and manage completely alone. The scars themselves will never fully heal. But the shame they both feel about having them can slowly be healed, through letting each other see their scars and treat them with tenderness.
These were made to go with the fic I wrote for the prompt, but I wanted to have my VP in its own post as well. I also made closeup versions since there's just something I love about cutting out the background and focusing solely on the intimacy of their poses and expressions.
(...And then I edited my day 1 VP post to add a closeup photo to it because I got the idea to do that way too late!)
Just like in my earlier post: the first pose is by @jessiemeows from her Just a Moment More pose pack, and is meant for bt1 x bt2 but I refitted it with bone zone, to the best of my ability as someone who's still inexperienced with it.
And the second pose is by @another-pale-elf-lover/Miam158 from his Couple Pose pack and is meant for bt2 x bt4 but I refitted it and adjusted it slightly with bone zone! The changes I made aside from refitting it are moving Gale's head so he'd be looking at Elenion, and adjusting Elenion's hand so it'd look like he's tracing the shape of Gale's orb scar. I think it's honestly one of my favorite photos of them I've made now.
