I've been struggling a lot w internalized biphobia these days and my sister made me a tiny bracelet w the bi fag colors completely unprompted im gonna cry now i can feel bi 24/7 and know that I am still loved I-

Idk about yall but when it happened to me I felt v shitty and creepy, as if I was embodying the worst fear of any "straight" (actually homophobe), that is, the queer person crushing on them. Idk Ig it's pretty common. I was also just not having a good time mental health wise in general

I just wanted to say that having a crush on a friend of yours isnt creepy. Its normal. It happens all the time between guys and girls. As long as you're not weird about it (e.g. hitting on them when you know they’re not into it or doing smth that clearly bothers them or sexualizing every interaction), its perfectly okay and normal. Being raised in a mostly straight world would make it kind of inevitable, right? We all need to start somewhere and we usually arent just born in spaces full of lgbtqai+ people lmao
