I’m halfway through. Honestly, I feel like Sabine is a red herring. I felt early on that she could be responsible, but it just seems like it’s a big ‘ol misdirection. If she is involved, I think she was working with someone else and that the motives were political. I also feel like the reveal will be some kind of betrayal. Someone close to Bryce that did this. Who knows?

Loving the story so far. Still a few annoyances with the writing, but they are minor and probably nitpicky and don’t outweigh the story.

I’m stopping because I need to go to bed. I might finish it today, but most likely, I will finish it early tomorrow morning. It still says I have another seven hours to go.
