How could you have been so stupid? Getting yourself involved with JiYong, every girls favourite. You knew it was so wrong. Yet, you fell completely for his bad boy/sweet boy image. It was just too hard to handle, and your feelings were a mess. You wanted him, but at the same time, you wanted to forget all about him. You knew you couldn’t go any further, both for yourself and because of your brother.
You hadn’t talked to him since your small incidence which was a little over a week ago, and you weren’t going to either. Because of how YoungBae had described him, you wanted nothing more than for JiYong to come to you. Which he hadn’t done. Then, you questioned yourself whether he thought the same? Maybe he was waiting for you. That the reason for him not speaking to you was because he thought you needed time. That would explain his cheeky smiles when he saw you those times he came to hang with your brother. Yet you figured from how confident he was, that he would’ve spoken to you by now anyways.
The thoughts were killing you. You just couldn’t make up your mind. Either to avoid him forever, until this “thing” between you blew over, or approach him, letting him know how you feel. He was like a drug. You shouldn’t get too much of him, but he was so addicting you couldn’t stop.
JiYong and your brother hung out today at your place. After a while, you couldn’t hear them anymore. You figured they had left, so you could finally leave your room. Not that either of them had forced you to stay there. It was only for your own good.
As you stepped into the living room, you suddenly heard a voice behind you. You stopped and swallowed hard as you knew it was JiYong.

He was right. You hadn’t, but you had a reason to it.

His words hit you hard. He sounded so honest, and you felt to believe him. He wouldn’t just say that unless he truly meant it. Would he?
Just as you are about to reply to his confession, your brother walks into the living room. You feel a sudden relief that he didn’t come in earlier when you were inches away from kissing JiYong. And it doesn’t seem that he heard your little conversation. He would’ve looked somewhat shocked, which he doesn’t.
“We can go now” He says to JiYong. You just look at both of them, wondering where they are going.
“Finally done with your makeup?” JiYong says jokingly before turning around towards him. Your brother chuckles.
“Absolutely”
“Where are you going?” You ask.
“Just to town. Do you want to come along?” Your brother replies.
JiYong looks at you too, carefully asking with his eyes for you to come with. But you knew it would only be as walking on pins and needles around them. And you wouldn’t give him the satisfaction of seeing you nervous.
You shake your head. “I think I’ll just stay home. Have fun though” You smile before walking away from them.
As the night slowly crept in, you found yourself sitting in bed. Wide-awake, thinking about him. It was dark outside. You missed him. You missed his touch, his presence and his kiss. You wanted him beside you. You wondered what he thought about, if he was thinking about you. And if he wondered if you thought of him.
Suddenly your phone vibrated. You pick it up from the nightstand looking at the name on the display. A message from JiYong. You had had his number for a while, but never really used it. And he had yours. Just because YoungBae didn’t want you to get involved with him emotionally did not mean you couldn’t be friends. You could be friendly, nothing more.
Your heartbeat began to raise as you swiped and opened your phone to read the message:
“Wish you were here with me…. “
The text gave you goose bumps. Guess he was thinking about you. You spent a few seconds pondering what to reply. You didn’t want to sound desperate, yet it’s not like he actually cared – By what he wrote.

You put your phone in the pocket of your hoodie and carefully walked out of your room. You tiptoed into the hallway to put on a pair of shoes. You take your keys to the house that was laying on the small table next to, and put them in your pocket. Carefully you opened the door hoping YoungBae didn’t hear anything. You closed it as carefully as you could and locked it from the outside.
The cold breeze hit your naked legs as you jogged down the road towards Jiyong’s place. Luckily, as JiYong was one of your neighbours you wouldn’t have to torment yourself by walking in the cold.
He lived in an apartment just down the road. You had never been there, but YoungBae had told you earlier where he lived. You are standing outside, texting him to let him know you were outside.
Seconds later the door is opened and a shirtless JiYong answered. You quickly scanned his tattooed skin
“Hope this isn’t how you usually answer the door” You walk past him. But as soon as you have passed, he spins you around. He pulls you close and presses his lips on yours. You were so pleased as you had been longing for those lips the entire day, and week.

“Why haven’t we thought about this before” You reply. All your thoughts you had before had drowned. You gave in, and that’s what you wanted.
“I didn’t know you wanted this” he smirks.
“I only just realised” You joke. He chuckles.
He looks at you sweetly, tucking some hair fallen in front of your face behind your ear. You smile by his small gesture.
“Come” He takes your hand, leading you to the nearest door, which supposedly was his apartment. He opens and lets you in. You look around. The place was bigger than you imagined, especially from only seeing the outside of the building. You kick off your shoes in the small hallway, and take off your hoodie.
You feel his eyes on you. “Nice outfit” He says, and you could just imagine the smirk on his face.
“I didn’t have time to change” You lie as you knew exactly why you didn’t wear anything else. You walk into what you assume to be the living room because of the couch and TV. You wonder what you are going to do next. Here you are, in his apartment at night, in your nightgown. “What were you thinking” you ask yourself. The feelings drove you to it. You wanted nothing more than to be here, yet you didn’t want anything further to happen.
“Do you like what you have seen?”
“If you mean your place – Then yes.” You smile as you turn around. He is leaning against the entrance to the living room.
“Come, let me show you the rest.” You walk over to him, letting him lead you to every room in his apartment.
Both of you walked into his bedroom. A part of you felt scared. Scared that something would happen. Yet, you trusted him and if he really liked you, he wouldn’t try anything because of how recently you had started getting involved.
And if you weren’t unsure before, you definitely felt unsure now.
