My Biggest Strengths Pt 1

So I found out what some people think about me yesterday. Some odd 40 people think i am a creative, musically talented, good communicator. They think I'm a social butterfly, someone who is a good speaker, facilitator, mediator, great at communicating my ideas, and a great listener. I am a natural debater, someone who mulls over ideas in arguments. Not in a mean way, but I challenge peoples opinions, inquire about them, take them seriously, refute them if I think they aren't true. I can ingest information and filter it accordingly, realizing if it is complete bunk or the real deal. Some people think I'm good at things that I really don't feel like I'm good at. Like focusing on task for an extended period of time or like being impervious to stress. Some people think I'm really confident. I'm an analytical person, very kind. The analytical part and I'm a good problem solver.  it was cool to hear what people think of me. And the way they responded. My ambition, my drive to achieve, my commitment to tasks. It was interesting to see how people responded. Some people saying that was a hard question. Others asking me what context they should answer the question in. Others asking me to give them my take on the question for them. or asking me what their biggest strength was. I think that the people who asked me what I thought about them are not content/satisfied with the person they are. And that's not a bad thing, that's what striving to be better every day is all about. which is something I talked to myself about in high school but hadn't really told myself recently. 

This is part of my attempt to follow a few great pieces of advice from the people who run The Investor Podcast. 1) Lean on your biggest strengths. I realized part of the issue is I may not know what some of my strengths are. I have to find out what they are before I can lean on them.
