I keep thinking if anime was a thing in their era, I'm sure the kids would be really into it. The parents, not so much and Frank would threaten to put them through the fucking wall for watching what he considers "trash". Sue would probably be concerned about the effects the mature content would have on their kids.
Kevin would eat up the more angsty stuff like Evangelion, because he can relate to them.
Billy would watch typical boyish stuff like shounen and seinen. Some ecchi thrown in there when he's curious. And wholesome slice of life as an escapism. Maureen would tease him for it though because she thinks slice of life is boring.
Maureen would also be into male-centered stuff like shounen and seinen. And sports. She'd probably be more into adult content than her brother would.
