Bill “Billie” Cipher

After seeing so many versions of Bill Cipher, I wanted to create one of my own.

Bill “Billie” Cipher is an isekai, where someone from “reality” died and was reborn as Bill Cipher.

My version of Bill goes by Billie and is gender fluid, preferring she/they pronouns though.

Their backstory takes elements from the Book of Bill, old Bill lore from various fics and Flatland.

After the destruction of Euclydia, she takes up the mantle of the God of Dreams/Nightmares, Knowledge, Chaos and Knowledge, and is directly involved with the Axolotl.

She’s still very insane and isn’t one you want to mess with, but is genuinely a lonely entity who wants true companionship outside of the Axolotl.

The orb on their staff allows them to see anywhere they want whenever they don’t want to use their All Seeing Eye, and it can turn into a scythe akin to the one Darcy uses in Amphibia.

The last speck of Euclydia is located in the gem on her ribbon, made of indestructible material.
