Ok, so let me get this straight...

In the new movie Mystery Inc is going to combat Jonathan Crain/Scarecrow with the help of Bill Nye and Elvira but Batman is apparently not going to make an appearance.

That's just wild.

what did bill nye do/say that was antisemitic? (only if u want to explain)

He said that Jewish people in Europe just need to get to know their neighbors and then they won’t kill us/would have prevented them from killing us.

He disagrees with Jewish people moving to Israel for their safety.

He also said that “the people have never been there” about Jewish people moving to Israel.

Interestingly the only people who have the clips of this from the Bill Maher show are right wingers who are using this to discredit all of Bill Nye’s work which a. even though I think him an antisemite doesn’t mean he is wrong that vaccines are good and climate change is real and b. is gross because they are just using Jews.

Which sadly doesn’t surprise me, but what also doesn’t surprise me is not a single leftists person, group, or outlet criticized Bill Nye and called out his antisemitism. 

Rather they have stayed totally silent on the whole thing.

So we get to different types of antisemitism for the price of one.
