Binder question -- the other day I wore my binder for
a few hours (five or so) in 90 degree weather. Then when I got home from my meetings, I took it off immediately, but neglected my couching and stretching and deep breathing so I could get to the gym (in a regular sports bra).
My workout was intense (and deeply pleasant).
The past two days, I’ve been having trouble filling my lungs like I usually do (for example, yawning to try to get more oxygen but not being able to complete the yawns, which -- if that’s never happened to you -- let me tell you is almost as frustrating as being about to orgasm and then not. [Listen it’s Sanvers Smut Day what do you want from me?]), and I’ve had pretty consistent, lowkey burning in my chest that feels like what people describe when they describe heartburn (which I’ve never experienced, so...).
Wednesday night -- the day with the heat and the binding and then the gym -- the heartburn-type pain was so really damn bad. Like, super bad. But it’s super mild now, more annoying than painful, so that’s good.
I guess my question is -- that kinda stuff happen to anyone else with binding? The heartburn-type thing, the trouble getting enough oxygen for a while even after the binder is off (especially after working out like that, you burn more oxygen for a while, so...)?
