Should my breasts/nipples be pointing forward or down when my binder is on?
Are there women, who were both born women and continue to “identify” as women, that bind?
(Sorry if the quotation marks are weird I think the word identify is wrong, but I don’t know the proper term.)
Binding question: I bought a binder for cosplaying, but I’m not sure if I have the right fit, I know not to wear it if it’s painful or if I have I’m having problems breathing, and I didn’t (I had only tried it on for a few minutes though), but when I took it off my chest was completely red, I haven’t seen anything about redness (only bruising), is this a normal thing or might the binder be too small
Is there a good way to bind safely without a binder or sports bra? As I live with my parents, I have no means of getting a binder without being kicked out and the sports bra tip has never seemed to work for me. Are there other safe methods a binding, preferably something nondescript or diy?

I'm looking into getting my first binder, and I have found one that I do like, Underworks 997. However, a thought occurred to me. I'm a guy with large hips(pear shaped) and I was wondering... What style of binder would be best for my shape? pullover? Zipper? Velcro?
